Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)

A Journey Inward and a Community of Growth
This is not just a teacher training—it’s a five-month journey into the heart of yoga. Whether you dream of teaching or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this program is designed for every body and every age, especially women seeking soulful community, continued learning, and healing movement. You do not have to be flexible or young or even want to teach—just curious, open, and ready for transformation.
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance-aligned training blends classical yoga with modern insights. You’ll study asana (postures) with a focus on safe alignment and intelligent sequencing, dive into anatomy and physiology to understand the body’s systems, explore Eastern philosophy and the Yoga Sutras, learn the basics of Sanskrit and chanting, and discover the ethics and business of teaching yoga in today’s world. You’ll also experience the power of breathwork, meditation, self- inquiry, and supportive peer dialogue.
The schedule is flexible and accessible, with weekend immersions spread out over five months. It’s also affordable, designed to welcome those in all phases of life—including older women, caregivers, wellness seekers, and those in transition—into a shared circle of self-discovery and possibility. You’ll be supported every step of the way by a compassionate mentor and a caring, committed group.
You can’t put a price on the value of this community, on the transformation you’ll experience, or the continuing education it brings to your mind, body, and spirit. Payment plans are available, and we’re here to work with you.
Come as you are. Leave forever changed

“Practicing with Jessica has been one of the most grounding and inspiring experiences of my life. Her unique way of weaving tradition, breath, and compassion into each class has transformed not only my practice but how I move through the world. I feel stronger in my body, clearer in my mind, and more connected to myself. The Ashtanga teachings have been profoundly healing—personally and professionally—and I’m so grateful to have found this space of wisdom, challenge, and care.”
