Breath is not just air—it’s life force. In this private one-on-one breathwork session, we explore the power of conscious breathing to support the nervous system, ease anxiety, enhance mood, and restore vitality. This offering is uniquely designed for those navigating post-COVID fatigue, stress, anxiety, or emotional burnout.

With my background as a licensed master social worker and decades of experience as a yoga and breathwork teacher, I combine therapeutic insight with ancient yogic practices. Together, we create a safe and grounded space for deep restoration, emotional regulation, and inner peace.

What You’ll Learn

Over the course of our sessions, you’ll be introduced to at least five foundational breathwork techniques—each selected and customized for your individual needs:

  • Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) – balances the nervous system and calms the mind
  • Sitali / Sitkari (Cooling Breath) – soothes inflammation and helps regulate body temperature.
  • Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath) – reduces anxiety and quiets overactive thoughts.
  • Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) – energizes and clears mental fog.
  • Gentle Breath Observation & Coherent Breathing – Improves HRV and fosters emotional balance Whether you’re seeking to reduce stress, sleep better, enhance focus, or feel more at home in your body—breathwork meets you where you are.
